A Long Overdue Update

Hey Yobackers,
Firstly, I apologise for taking so long since we last spoke.
I'd like to express our gratitude once again. Without your faith back in 2021, we would have never been able to get on this wild ride, and we are truly thankful!
We're looking at making a V2 in 2024, and as the most important people in our success, I'd love to know if there are any features you'd like us to change or add.

Hey YoBackers,
I hope you are all well and that the YoBacks are working for you. The majority of them have been delivered now and the initial feedback has been great. We also did a pop up shop on the weekend and many people were very happy. If you haven’t received your YoBack yet please let me know ASAP.
In order to help us grow and help others, we really need some written reviews with photos or videos by you, our awesome backers. Testimonials are key with products such as these and it will really help to have as many as possible.
If you are happy with the YoBack please spare just 1 minute of your time to do a written review by following this link and writing the review on the product page. If you are unhappy with anything please let me know! Video reviews cannot currently be uploaded to the review app so the easiest way would be to either send me an email at [email protected] or tag us on Insta/FB @eastnole.
As videos take a lot more effort we will do a random draw at the end of the month from all people that send a video review and we will send a FREE YoBack to give to a friend or family member to one YoBacker. This will end on June 30th with the winner emailed on July 1st.

Just a quick one! Backers have started to receive the YoBack and I am excited to hear your feedback!
Please follow this link to download your Ebook. You can click the YouTube logos throughout to take to you some tutorial videos. Please give us your feedback on this book and videos and if it suits your needs or not. We are happy to change and add whatever you feel will make it better. We are also going to start building the YouTube channel so it would be awesome to hear what videos you prefer, be that yoga exercises, reducing back pain or a mix of the two.
I will set up a group video call in a few weeks once everyone has got theirs. In the meantime, I am happy to call anyone who would like me to walk them through how to use it, or just to have a chat and meet some of you! Please book a time that suits you from this link. I look forward to talking to you and learning more about your needs.
I know it is early, but please do help us out by giving us a review once you get it and have tried it out for a few days. Your feedback is very important to us and can help us to build our business to cater to your needs.

The YoBack's just got shipped out!

Hey YoBackers,
Firstly, I would just like to thank you all for being patient with us throughout this period, We are so grateful for all of you and I am sorry we had a slight delay in shipping. The good news is that the YoBacks are being shipped out today and tomorrow!
The shipping dates will vary from country to country, but we hope they can all be fulfilled within the next 2-3 weeks. Shipping to the US for example will take around 8-15 days. You should soon be receiving a tracking number via email, so if you haven't had a tracking email by Tuesday or Wednesday next week, check your spam folder just in case and let me know if you cannot find it at all. It will be from either SFC or Send From China, so don't delete it thinking it's spam!
I have made an ebook with various exercises and I will link some videos in it and I will send that over to you all next week. This ebook is a work in progress and with your help we can make a more comprehensive one with a ton of your favourite uses. I will also organise a live Facebook video in our private FB group once people have started to receive it so that I can get to meet some of you, answer any of your questions and show you my favourite ways to use it. It's been a little quiet in there whilst we've been getting everything ready but we will start to post useful stuff more often soon, so if you haven't joined the group you can do so HERE.
Here's a photo of the YoBacks when they arrived at the 3PL the other day.

Production and Shipping Update

Hey YoBackers,
I hope you're having a good weekend!
A few backers have asked for an update on shipping so I want to be clear and transparent with everyone.
The YoBack wheels and YoSling bags are completed and ready to go. However, there has been a delay in the production of the YoFeet. Luckily, this is nothing to do with quality control but was due to a delay in finishing the new mold tooling.
We have been informed that all YoFeet should be completed by April 30th and we are hoping they can be ready to ship out during the first week of May.
This unfortunately means that we are going to be unable to meet our goal of having the YoBacks in your hands (and on your backs) by April. I am extremely sorry for this but it is not all bad news.
1. Most importantly, the new (delayed!) YoFeet design is better than our original design meaning you are getting a better quality product.
2. This extra delay gives us time to have the rest of the parts packed, so only the YoFeet will remain. This should hopefully save us a few days of packing time.
3. I am in discussions with our fulfilment company about making our shipment a priority order so we can reduce the time between warehouse and shipment.
I will keep you all updated as soon as the production has finished in regards to a more detailed shipment timeline, but I do believe that we can fulfil all orders by the end of May.
It has been an eventful journey to get to this point. We are learning every day and we are doing our best. I know it is not ideal, but I hope you can understand we are working hard to get it to you ASAP. I am truly sorry for the delay, but I really believe you will be happy with the YoBack. We got one final product delivered this week and we are very happy with the result and are excited to have you all try it.
